摘要
目的:建立板栗罐头中乙二胺四乙酸二钠含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经水提取,加入络合剂络合后,以C8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d 5μm)进行分离,以含12.5%甲醇、0.13%的四丁基氢氧化铵和0.052%甲酸的水溶液(pH3.5)作为流动相,流速为1.00 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm。结果:本方法回收率为94.6%~101.6%,RSD为1.96%~3.65%。结论:本方法简便快捷,重现性较好,干扰少,用于板栗罐头中乙二胺四乙酸二钠测定,取得满意结果。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of disodium ethylene diamin tetraacetate in canned chinese chestnut using high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:By competition coordination with metal ion Fe(Ⅲ).After precipitation by water and competition coordination with FeCl3,The sample was separated on a C8 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d 5 μm).The mobile phase was 12.5%(v/v) methanol solution containing 0.13%(v/v) tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide and 0.052%(v/v) formic acid(pH=3.5).Disodium ethylene diamin tetraacetate was detected at 254 nm,with flow rate of 1.00 ml/min.Results:The relative standard deviation(RSD) of peak areas of disodium ethylene diamin tetraacetate was 1.96%~3.65%,The recoveries of disodium ethylene diamin tetraacetate tanged from 94.6% to 101.6%.Conclusion:The simple and rapid method with good reproducibility can be used for the determination of disodium ethylene diamin tetraacetate in canned chinese chestnut.
