摘要
目的:建立食品中三聚氰胺的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用紫外检测器,利用费罗门Luna NH2氨基色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),以90%(v/v)乙腈为淋洗液,流速1.0 ml/min,采用波长240 nm进行检测,外标法定量。结果:三聚氰胺在相应的试验浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数均大于0.999,最低检出限为1.25 mg/kg,平均回收率在82.5%~99.4%之间,RSD均小于5.0%。结论:该法具有简单、准确、灵敏等优点,适合食品中三聚氰胺含量的检测。
Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of melamine in food by high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The melamine was separated on Luna NH2 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm)by using 90% acetonitrile as an eluent at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Detection was performed on an ultraviolet detector.The wavelength was 240 nm.Quantification was calculated by an external standard method.Results:The linearity in the tested concentration range was good and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.9990.The limit of quantification was 0.1 mg/kg for the target compounds.The extraction recoveries were 82.5%~99.4% and the RSD less than 5.0%.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate for the determination of the melamine in food and it can be satisfactorily applied to the routine analysis.
