Determination of aluminium in whole blood by microwave dissolution and GFAAS

摘要 目的:建立微波消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铝的方法。方法:样品经HNO3+H2O2微波消解体系消解后,以50 g/L硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血中铝。结果:铝含量在0~50.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数0.9995,检出限为0.93 pg,方法RSD为2.62%~5.92%,加标回收率90%~104%。结论:本法灵敏度高、精密度与准确度较好,适用于血中铝的测定。 Objective:To determine the aluminium in whole blood powder by microwave dissolution and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.Methods:The samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave HNO3+H2O2 dissolution system and then determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.50 g/L Mg(NO3)2 was used as the matrixmodifier.Results:The range of calibration curve was 0.0~50.0 μg/L and the correlation coefficientwas 0.9995.The detection limit was 0.93 pg.The relative deviation was 2.62%~5.92% in sample analysis and recovery of spiked samples was 90%~104%.Conclusion:This method is convenient and the analytical data meet the demands of accuracy and precision.
