摘要 目的:研究一种快速、准确、简单的高效液相色谱同时测定烘烤食品中糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、富马酸二甲酯、脱氢乙酸钠的方法。方法:样品用甲醇溶解,经超声提取后,调pH值为6左右,选用Eclipse XDB-C18分离柱,用28+72(V/V)的甲醇与乙酸铵-无水硫酸钠-三氟乙酸混合液作流动相。以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:11 min内可较好的完成5种组分的分离。回收率在91.3%~105.3%之间,检出限分别为0.28、0.32、0.33、0.43、0.25(mg/L)。结论:该方法快速、简单、准确,可用于烘烤食品中糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、富马酸二甲酯、脱氢乙酸钠的同时测定。 Objective:A fast,accurate,simple and high-performance liquid chromatography was studied to the simultaneous determination of saccharin sodium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dimethyl fumarate and dehydrogenation sodium acetate solution baked foods.Methods:Samples with methanol dissolved,the ultrasonic extraction,for pH value of about 6,were separated on Eclipse XDB-C18 column,and eluted with a mixed of 28+72(V/V) methanol and ammonium acetate-anhydrous sodium-trifluoroacetic acid mixture as mobile phase.To retain the qualitative of time,peak area or quantitative.Results:It could be better to complete the five components of the separation in 11 minutes.The recovery is 91.3%~105.3%,the detection limit were 0.28,0.32,0.33,0.43,0.25(mg/L).Conclusion:This method is fast,simple,accurate and can be used to determine saccharin sodium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dimethyl fumarate and dehydrogenation sodium acetate solution in baked foods at the same time.
