固定人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌状况跟踪观察

Follow-up studies on status of carrying N. meningitidis in a given group of healthy people

目的：了解脑膜炎奈瑟菌在一个固定人群中的消长状况及其影响因素。方法：应用＂小牛血清双抗培养基＂对同一固定人群定期采集咽拭子检测脑膜炎奈瑟菌,同时采集血液样本检测脑膜炎奈瑟菌的杀菌抗体。结果：在50人的固定小群体中,4次检测脑膜炎奈瑟菌的总带菌率分别为：28%、46.94%、44.81%、38.10%（F isher′s exactP=0.163）,A＋B＋C群的带菌率分别为：16%、28.57%、12.77%、7.14%（F isher′s exactP=0.039）。检出的菌群有A、B、C群和若干不能分群的菌株,各群菌株不同季节均可检出。大多数人（55.2%）的带菌时间可长达3～6个月。带菌者体内的同群杀菌抗体部分人阳性、部分人为阴性。结论：一个固定的人群在相当长的一段时间内可以维持相当稳定的脑膜炎奈瑟菌的总带菌率,随着季节的变迁,致病的A、B、C群菌株与不能分群的菌株带菌状况此消彼长,维持总带菌率平衡。

Objective：To investigate the status of carrying N.meningitidis in a given group of healthy people,and to determine the impacting factors status.Methods：With the ＂new bovine serum and two antibiotics medium＂,collecting samples with pharynx mop,to detect N.meningitidis in the pharynx of a given group of healthy people.On the same time,collecting the blood samples of the same people to detect the antibody for killing N.meningitidis.Results：In 50 persons of the given group,tested for 4 times,the total rate of carrier for N.meningitidis was 28%,46.94%,44.81%,38.10% respectively（Fisher′s exact P=0.163）.The rate of carrier for N.meningitidis group A＋B＋C was 16%,28.57%,12.77%,7.14% respectively（Fisher′s exact P=0.039）.The detected strains of N.meningitidis belonged to A,B,C groups and undefined group.The strains of all groups could be detected in different seasons.Most of the persons（55.2%） might have carried N.meningitidis for 3-6 months.The antibody for killing N.meningitidis in the carrier was positive for some persons,while could be negtive for some other persons.Conclusion：In a quitely long phases,the total rate of carrier was quitely stable in the given group of healthy people.The A,B,C groups of causing disease is balanced with the undefined group of non causing disease.
