摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮长因子及缺氧诱导因子-1α在子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌症中发生发展中的作用及二者之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(SP法)分析血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)在子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌症患者子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。结果:在异位内膜中VEGF、HIF-1α的阳性表达率分别为69.69%和60.60%,明显高于正常内膜组42.31%和38.46%(P<0.05,P<0.05)。VEGF、HIF-1α的阳性表达率在卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿组织、子宫腺肌症组织中无差异(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF、HIF-1α与子宫内膜异位症的血管生成密切相关,VEGF、HIF-1α在子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌症的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in adenomyosis and development of endometriosis and the relationship between VEGF and HIF-1α.Methods:Α total of 36 specimens of endometriosis and 30 specimens of adenomyosis were evaluated by immunohistological techique with antibody against VEGF and HIF-1α.Results:Expressions of VEGF and HIF-1α in ectopic endometrial and adenomyosis cells were higher thαn those in normαl endometrial cells(69.44% vs 42.31% and 66.67% vs 38.46%,respectively,P〈0.05).No stastical difference were detected between the expression of VEGF and HIF-1αin endometriosis and adenomyosis.Conclusion:There are close relationships between VEGF HIF-1αand endometriotic angiogenesis.VEGF and HIF-1α play an important role in the progression of endometriosis and adenomyosis.
