我市某企业职业病危害因素检测结果分析

Analysis of occupational diseases hazards elements test results from one enterprise in our city

目的:了解某企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度。方法:按照国家有关标准的要求,对该企业进行工作场所职业病危害因素识别和卫生检测,并对其危害因素及其现状进行分析。结果:粉尘检测8个点次,达标率100%;毒物三苯检测6个点次,达标率为100%;锰检测1个点次,达标率100%;铅检测1个点次,PC-STEL超标1个点次;噪声检测16个点次,超标6个点次,超标率达37.5%。结论:该企业生产工艺过程中铅及噪声存在严重的职业病危害因素,应加强卫生监督。

Objective：This paper is aimed to obtain the understanding of the occupational diseases hazards and damage.Methods：We take an occupational diseases hazards identification and health detection in production workplace of one enterprise in accordance with relevant national standards.Then we analyze the hazards factors and its current situation.Results：Indicates that dust detection is 100% compliance with 8 points times,toxicology triphenyl 100% compliance with 6 points times,manganese 100% compliance with 1 points times,1 point time lead detected,PC-STEL is over one point time,16 point times noise detected with 6 points fail,the excessive rate is 37.5%.Conclusion：From the above analysis,we can draw a conclusion that the lead and impatient voice in the production process have serious occupational hazards and the health supervision should be strengthened.
