职业性X、γ射线接触人员外周血细胞效应分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解本市医用X射线工作人员和某油田测井γ射线工作人员辐射情况,比较两种辐射所造成的血液系统损伤及区别。方法:设X射线组、γ射线组和对照组,对研究对象进行外周血细胞五项检测分析。结果:X射线组与γ射线组白细胞总数值降低且与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01),两射线组间无差异;γ射线组淋巴细胞百分率低于对照组(P<0.05),X射线组淋巴细胞百分率低于对照组但差异不显著;其余指标差异不显著。结论:职业性X、γ射线工作人员外周血细胞不同程度受损[1],外周血象为两种射线的辐射敏感指标;调查结果表明,淋巴细胞对于γ射线更为敏感。 Objective:To investigate this city medical X beam staff and some oil field oil well logging gamma beam staff radiates the situation,creates the systema sanguineum damage and the difference compared with two kind of radiations.Methods:Supposes X beam group,gamma the beam group and the control group,carries on the circumference blood corpuscle five examination analyses to the object of study.Results:X beam group reduces with gamma the beam group white blood cell total value also has the significance with the control group difference(P〈0.01),two beam groups does not have the difference;gamma The beam group lymphocyte percentage is lower than the control group(P〈0.05),but X beam group lymphocyte percentage is lower than the control group the difference not to be remarkable;Other target difference is not remarkable.Conclusion:Professional X,gamma the beam staff circumference blood corpuscle varying degree suffers injury[1],the circumference blood picture is two kind of beam radiation sensitive targets;Indicated from the investigation result that,the lymphocyte is more sensitive regarding gamma beam.
