摘要
合理开发和利用课程资源是新课程改革的基本条件,也是教师专业权利的基本体现。然而,许多中小学校和教师在课程资源的认识上存在误区,在课程资源的开发和利用方面存在诸多实际问题。要解决这些问题,除了强化课程资源意识,使丰富多样的自然资源和社会资源成为有效的课程资源外,更为关键的是,改革目前的课程与教学评价体系。
It is a basic condition for the new curriculum reform to develop and use curriculum resources reasonably and a basic embodiment of teachers' professional rights. Nevertheless there exist some misunderstandings about curriculum resources among primary and secondary schools and teachers, and also there appear practical problems about the development and use of curriculum resources. In order to solve these problems, it is more important to reform the current curriculum and teaching evaluation system besides raising the awareness of curriculum resources and making natural and social resources effective curriculum resources.
