摘要
改革开放以来,我国教师教育走过了“自学-进修-骨干培训-校本培训”的改革历程。当前,改革仍在持续,我国教师教育的未来走向日益明朗。主体多极化、形式多样化、功能复杂化、目标现实化和取向全人化等趋势预示着我国未来一段时期内教师教育改革的基本轮廓。构建一种以教师为本、实践为本的教师教育系统既是历史的经验,又是现实的要求。
Teacher education in China has experienced the reform of self-study, advanced study, backbone training and school-based training. A kind of service-oriented teacher education system that focuses its attention on teachers' sustainable development has come into being. The future teacher education in China will be characterized by multi-subjects, various forms, complicated function, practical goals and human-orientation. Constructing a kind of teacher-centered and practice-based teacher education system is not only the historical experience but also the practical requirements.
