摘要
为了有效地推进美国基础教育改革,美国“2061计划”于1998年对十种高中生物学教材进行了分析和评估。评价工作立足于教学实践,从“教材内容分析”和“教学效果分析”两个维度建立了具体、有效的评价指标,评价程序和方法简便,可操作性强。评价过程中,评价人员的选取严格,评价注重客观事实,具有很强的可重复性,评价结果的分析和反馈及时。对于如何建立健全我国的生物学教材评价工作具有极大的启发和借鉴作用。
In order to promote the American basic education reform, the American Project 2061: has conducted analysis and evaluation on ten kinds senior high school biology textbooks in 1998. The evaluation is based on teaching practice and has set up concrete and effective criterions, procedures and approaches of evaluation, which has proved to be operational. In the course of the evaluation, the evaluators are strictly selected and the evaluation is based on the facts, the results and feedbacks of evaluation are prompt. The evaluation could be used as good reference for improving biological textbooks evaluation in China.
