摘要
在永磁式双凸极电机新型开通关断角控制策略的基础上,对换相期间的电流控制模式进行研究,结合理论推导,得出换向相的最优电流比。根据有限元分析的电感和磁链数据,构造永磁式双凸极电机调速系统非线性仿真模型,对不同电流比在不同负载情况下进行大量仿真研究,给出不同负载下电流比与转矩脉动率的变化曲线。通过仿真和实验验证了理论推导的正确性。与电流比较小时相比,最优电流比下新型开通关断角控制在低速时出力大,转矩脉动较小,转速比较平稳。
The current control mode in commutation period based on novel control strategy of turn-on angle and turn-off angle is discussed in detail for doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor. Combined with theory analysis, current ratio in commutation period is presented. A simulation model of DSPM motor is built according to the value of flux linkage and induction. The torque ripple of different current ratios is described at different loads and the curves of torque ripple versus current ratio at different loads are showed. The validity of optimal current ratio is verified by simulation and experiment. The ripple is much less under optimal current ratio than under small current ratio at low speed.
