可编程通用数字比例放大器

摘要 提出了一种参数和功能均可编程的数字比例放大器,既可用于气动比例减压阀,也可作为数控横流源用于力控型比例电磁铁控制。硬件以Atmega16单片机为核心,结合PWM开关型功率驱动电路及传感器信号调理电路,实现了比例电磁铁线圈电流测量和气动减压阀压力测量,软件采用数字PID算法做闭环调节。该控制器其突出特点是PWM频率、最大驱动电流及PID参数等均可通过RS485总线编程烧写在单片机的EEPROM内。该放大器可满足不同场合的控制要求。 Proportional amplifier is one of key components in hydraulic and pneumatic proportional control technology. A general purpose digital proportional amplifier was presented in this paper, with the feature of parameter and function being programmable. It could be used not only in pneumatic pressure regulator, but also as a digital control constant current source in a force control solenoid relay. The hardware consisted of Atmegal6 microcontroller core, a PWM switch type solenoid relay driver and other signal conditioning circuits, with which solenoid relay current and air pressure could be measured. A digital PID regulator serves as the close-loop control algorithm. The outstanding feature of this amplifier is that PWM frequency, maximum current and PID coefficients can be downloaded into MCU's EEPROM. So it can be used as a multi-function digital proportional amplifier.
