摘要
提出了一个用于计算具有任意多岛型腔环切加工刀具轨迹的算法。该算法采用干涉标志分别生成型腔轮廓和各个岛的等距偏移轮廓,然后通过二维布尔运算进行偏移轮廓的合并,再进行轮廓生成树的深度优先遍历,可以得到最终的环切加工轨迹。
A kind of tracks computation algorithm used for the ring cutting machining tools possessing arbitrary multi-island shaped cavity has been put forward. This algorithm adopted the interference symbol to create respectively the shaped cavity contours and isometry excursion contours of each island. And then carrying out the combination of excursion contours by means of two dimensional Boolean operations and afterwards to carrying out the depth priority traversal of the contour generative tree thus obtained the final ring cutting machining tracks.
