摘要
根据固定凸轮的摆动从动件凸轮机构的运动特点,提出了该机构运动特性分析的一般方法,建立了通用的分析方程,并将该方法应用于印刷机的高点闭牙机构的设计中,揭示了该机构的运动性能及存在问题,分析结果与实际情况一致,验证了该方法的正确性及优越性。
According to the kinetic characteristics of cam mechanism of swinging follower with fixed cam, a general method for the analysis of kinetic characteristics of this mechanism was put forward. The universal analytic equation was established, and let this method be applied to the design of high-spot teeth-closing mechanism of printing machine, thus revealed the kinetic performance and the existing problems of this mechanism. The result of analysis was identical with the practical situation and the correctness and superiority of this method were verified.
