Design and calculation on the on-off differential combination mechanism of horizontal screw centrifuge

摘要 传统卧式螺旋离心机(简称卧螺离心机)在物料沉降分离时,对转鼓与螺旋输料器的相对运动所产生的搅动现象,提出一种差速传动机构改进方法。这种方法将常用双级2K-H型差速器与超越离合器结合在一起,在沉积物沉降时实现无差速运行,从而避免了相对运动所带来的不良效果。对相关参数进行了计算分析。 A kind of improved method for the differentiated transmission mechanism has been put forward on the churn phenomenon produced by the relative movement of barrate and material screw feeder while the material was on sedimentation and separation in the traditional horizontal screw centrifuge. Letting the commonly used double-staged 2K-H typed differential mechanism be combined with the overrunning clutch this method achieved the operation without differential while the settlings were on sedimentation. Thus avoided unhealthy effects brought by the relative movement. A calculation analysis on the relevant parameters was carried out as well.
