摘要
归纳了所有可能影响机械系统可靠性分配的类因素及其子因素,针对不同的机械串联系统,采用粗糙集的知识约简方法去除冗余子因素,找出主导因素,最后提出加权分配的模糊方法对各分系统进行可靠性分配。整个分配过程全面考虑了所有的影响因素,约简结果合理,尤其适用于更加复杂的机械串联系统。实例计算结果与原分配结果非常接近,证明该方法有效、可信。
The entire category factor and its sub-factors that could possibly affect the reliability distribution of mechanical system have been summed up. Aimed at different mechanical serial systems and by adopting the knowledge reduction method of the roughness set to eliminate the redundant sub-factors so as to find out the dominant factor and finally a fuzzy method of weighted distribution has been put forward to carrying out the reliability distribution on each sub-system. All the affecting factors have been taken into consideration within the entire distribution process. The result of reduction was reasonable and it is especially adaptable to the more complicated mechanical serial systems. The calculation result of living example was very close to the result of original distribution, thus testified that this method is effective and reliable.
