从大足黑山羊核心保种场选择年龄3~4岁、体重25~40kg、健康未孕的成年母羊20只,用化学发光和酶联免疫方法分别测定发情期和排卵后募集阶段血浆中FSH和抑制素水平,用HS-2000兽用B超,频率为7.5MHz线阵探头做直肠探察,连续观察20只大足黑山羊2个完整发情周期内卵巢卵泡发育情况。结果表明,大足黑山羊排卵后募集期血浆中FSH水平和抑制素水平显著高于发情期水平(P<0.05,n=15)。卵泡募集数从15个增加到18个时,FSH水平逐渐升高(P<0.05,n=15),抑制素水平逐渐下降(P<0.05,n=15)。排卵数从1个增加到4个时,FSH水平逐渐升高(P<0.05,n=15),抑制素水平逐渐下降(P<0.05,n=15)。3波周期第一波募集阶段FSH水平比4波周期FSH水平低(P<0.05,n=15),3波周期第一波募集阶段抑制素水平比4波周期抑制素水平高,但差异不显著(P>0.05,n=15)。
The dynamics of follicular development in estrous cycle of 20 healthy nonfertiled Dazu Black goats( (3-4 years, 25-40 kg) were observed from rectum by using B real-time supersonic fault scanner(HS-2000,7.5 MHz) . The level of FSH in plasma before and after ovulation in estrous cycle was measured hy chemoluminescence method and the level of inhibin was measured by ELISA. the results were as following: the level of FSH and inhibin in plasma after ovulation was higher than the level before ovulation. The level of FSH was higher but the level of inhibin was lower as the number of recruitment follicle increased from 15 to 18, the same as the ovulatory follicle from 1 to 4. The level of FSH was lower but the level of inhibin was higher in goats with 3 follicular waves than that with 4 follicular waves.
