菜籽饼(粕)中的抗营养因子限制了其在饲料中的应用。文章主要阐述了菜籽饼(粕)中的抗营养因子及其作用机理,以及这些抗营养因子对奶牛生产的影响。
The anti nutritional factors in rapeseed cake （meal）limit its use in animal feed. This paper elaborated the anti-nutritional factors in rapeseed cake （meal） and their mechanism,as well as their affect on dairy production.
