摘要
研制了一种基于U盘存储的多通道温度记录仪装置。该装置采用PT100作为温度传感器,Atmel89S52为处理器,采用U盘作为存储介质,实现了六通道温度数据的采集与存储。本文介绍了硬件系统的组成结构和工作原理及主要元器件的选型,分析了软件系统的工作流程和数据存储的格式。提出了客户端软件的实现方案。经实际使用证明该装置具有存储容量大、使用方便等特点。
A multi-channel temperature recording instrument based on USB flash disk is developed. With ttus instrument, PT100 is anoptea as the temperature sensor, At89S52 microprocessor is adopted as the control core. As the storage media, the USB flash disk is adopted, sixchannel data acquisition and storage are also realized. This paper introduced the structure and working process of the hardware system and the selection of main parts, analyzed the software program flow and data format. A realization scheme of chent software is also put forward in this paper. It is proved that it has advantage of massive storage and the character of convenience in use.
