摘要
用UG软件建立了液压破碎锤动臂的三维模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了静力有限元分析。详细论述了如何进行工况选择、约束和载荷的确定以及单元的划分方法,并以此为依据对动臂结构进行了改进,取得了良好的效果。
In this paper authors built up the 3D mold with software UG. Static analysis on hammer' boom with finite element method is described in the article.The selection of work coditions,setting of restrains and loads,method of meshing are discussed in details,and on the basis of the analysis,boom structure is improved.Satisfactory result is obtained.
