航空发动机燃气温度测量装置的设计与仿真 被引量:3

摘要 基于数字温度传感器DS18B20和试验数据的拟合,采用检测环境电势和现场电势的新方法,实现了热电偶冷端的自动补偿,并据此设计了航空发动机燃气温度测量装置。硬件设计包括环境电势采集、现场电势采集、测量结果显示接口电路共三个模块;软件设计包括DS18B20的驱动、A/D转换驱动、液晶驱动以及数据处理程序共四个模块。将传统硬件实现的功能交付软件实现,显著简化了硬件设计。仿真及试验结果表明,本补偿系统可使温度测量的最大偏差<5℃。 On the basis of digital transducer DS18B20 and the treatment of experimental data, the auto-compensation of cold-end of thermal-couple was fulfilled by means of new ways of testing environmental voltage and local voltage. On the ground of the above, the measuring equipment of gas temperature of aeronautic engine. The hardware included three module of collection of environmental voltage, collection of local voltage and interface circuit. The software included four module of driving program of DS18B20, A/D transformation, liquid display and data procession. The function of traditional hardware was delivered to be finished by software. As a result, the whole design was simplified evidently. The results of simulation and experiment show that the compensation system can make the measuring error less than 5℃.
