摘要
分析了在制品库存的作用、应设立的位置及最佳容量,建立了离散制造系统在制品库存之比例积分控制模型。再以摩托车曲轴箱体生产线为例评价了控制效果,表明在需求动态变化时PI控制较之传统的正负反馈控制能更好地使在制品库存平稳化。
The effect, deploying methods and optimum amounts of work-in-process inventory are analyzed. The proportional integral control model of discrete manufacturing system work-in-process inventory is built up. The control effect is evaluated by taking production line of motorcycle crank box as an example. The results show that PI control can make work-in-process inventory more stable than traditional positive and negative feedback control.
