he paper aims at reviewing the evolution process as to the cognition and dealing with major issues such as the relations between planning and market economy in China,and evaluating viewpoints and reform measures about the evolution from traditional planning economy to socialist market economy in a historical way.Besides,combinative relations between market and government functions under the condition of socialist market economy are also presented in the paper.
