谷氨酰胺对黄羽肉仔鸡胸肌中丙二醛含量的影响

摘要 选择240只42日龄健康的黄羽雌性肉鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,各处理组分别饲喂添加0.0、0.4%、0.7%和1.0%谷氨酰胺(Gln)的试验饲粮,试验期为28d,研究外源Gln对屠宰后胸肌中丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,随饲粮中Gln添加水平的提高,70d屠宰后0、2、4d和6d胸肌MDA含量线性降低(线性,P=0.006、0.004、0.004和0.004),其中0.7%和1.0%Gln添加量的作用效果最佳;不管饲粮中添加Gln与否,随贮藏天数的增加,胸肌中MDA含量均以三次曲线方式增加(三次曲线,P=0.000、0.000、0.000和0.000),屠宰后6d胸肌MDA含量低于屠宰后4d。 Two hundred and forty healthy yellow-feathered broilers ( 9 )of 42-day-old were randomly allocated to 4 treatments.Each treatment had six replicates with 10 broilers.Broilers of per treatments were respectively fed one of the experimental diets supplemented with glutamine at a level of 0.0,0.4 % ,0.7 % and 1.0 %.The trial lasted for 28 days to study the effects of glutamine on malondialdehyde in breast muscle of yellow-feathered broilers.The results showed that with increasing glutamine supplementation levels, malondialdehyde in breast muscle was decreased (linear,P=0.006,0.004,0.004 and 0.004 )on 0,2,4 days and 6 days and adding 0.7 % and 1.0 % glutamine had the best effects.With storage days increasing,malondialdehyde in breast muscle increased (cubic,P=0.000,0.000,0.000 and 0.000)by adding 0.0,0.4 %, 0.7 % and 1.0 % glut,amine,and malondialdehyde in breast muscle on 6 days was higher than that on 4 days.
