摘要
功能是理解组织之作为的一把钥匙。教育团体亦然。教育团体的功能向人们展示着它们现实和可能的作为。中国教育学会与美国全国教育协会孕育于不同的政治文化和教育传统之下,是中美两国最具代表性的教育专业团体。尽管如此,二者在功能定位方面有颇多相似之处。不过,鉴于组织的性质、历史、管理方式等原因,在特定功能的发挥方面它们也存在明显差异。它们在功能方面的异同无疑促使我们思考,如何理解并加强教师组织在我国教育环境中的作用。
Function is a key of understanding the organization' s achievement. Education association also has the same discipline, its function is demonstrating their realistic and the possible achievement to people. China Educational Society and the American Nation Education Association breeds under the different political culture and the education tradition, they are the Sino-US most representative education professional organization. For all this, the two have the quite a lot similarity in the functional localization aspect. However, in view of the fact that reasons of organizations' nature, history, mode of administration and so on, they also have the obvious difference in specific function's display aspect. Without doubt, their different and same in the function aspect urge us to ponder, how to understand and strengthen the teacher organization's role in our country's educattional environment.
