According to production practice, the process and equipment modification in Lianchuang coal preparation plant was introduced. Though the transformation of jigging machine and numerical control air valve, the addition of wind-water tank and the adoption of concentrated underflow emission, the production capacity was increased, and the energy saving and enhancing efficiency were realized.
