摘要
定义的8000~20000nm之间的木粉颗粒为亚纳米木粉。主要研究粒度在800mesh(18μm)以上的亚纳米木粉的制取工艺;分析了亚纳米木粉的粉碎工艺;提出了亚纳米木粉切削法加工原理;通过对木粉铣削过程中的运动形态进行分析,结合气流分选工艺理论,提出了循环加工分选工艺,不仅可以降低木粉加工的能量消耗,还为纳米木粉的加工做了初步的探讨与试验,为加工设备的研制打下基础。
In this paper, the ultra-fine wood flour is defined the wood particles between 8000 - 20000nm. The main study is the preparation process of ultra-fine wood flour over 800mesh (18 !a m). Analyzing the cutting technique for ultra-fine wood flour, making the processing principle in cutting method for ultra-fine wood flour. At the base of analysis of patterns of movement in wood flour milling process and air separation process theory, the paper puts forward the processing and sorting process in cycle which can not only reduce energy consumption in wood flour milling process but also do a preliminary discussion and test for nano wood flour processing and lay the groundwork for the nano wood flour processing equipment.
