聚乙烯-吸水树脂共混改性研究

摘要 分别将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)与高吸水树脂(HAR)共混,采用加入相容剂的方法,就相容剂和吸水树脂的引入对两种聚乙烯复合物性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明,随相容剂和吸水树脂用量的增加,共混物吸水性能提高,吸水率可达5%以上;HDPE和LDPE的体积电阻分别从2.9×1015Ω和3.2×1015Ω下降到1.0×107Ω和1.3×107Ω;但混合物的力学性能有所下降. Polyethylene such as HDPE and LDPE was blended with high water-absorbing resin (HAR). In order to enhance the compatibility of the two-phase interface between polyethylene and the water-absorbing resin, the compatibilizer was used. The effects of HAR and compatibilizer on the performances of PE were investigated. The result showed that with the dosage increasing of compatibilizer and the waterabsorbing resin, the water absorption percentage could vise up to 5%. The volume resistance of HDPE and LDPE dropped rapidly from 2. 9 ×10^15Ω and 3.2 ×10^15Ω to 1.0 ×10^7Ω and 1.3 ×10^7Ω respectively. The mechanical properties decreased.
