基于径向基函数响应面法的板料成形仿真研究 被引量:17

摘要 板料冲压成形过程中,系统的输入参数具有较大的随机性,并且系统优化通常需要满足多个目标。针对目前一些流行算法在精度和效率上存在的不足,提出了基于径向基函数响应面法的板料冲压成形过程可靠性设计方法。通过超拉丁立方抽样实验设计,选择了适当的设计参数样本,建立了基于径向基函数的板冲压成形过程响应面模型,分析响应面模型中各个目标对应的响应值,得出影响系统的最主要因素,并获得最佳冲压成形工艺参数范围。通过实际生产,验证了该方法对提高板料冲压成形过程的可靠性是有效的。 In sheet metal forming process,input parameters of stamping system scatter considerably,at the same time,optimization for the system is a multi-objective problem.As insufficient accuracy and efficiency in popular optimization methods,a reliability optimization design response surface method for sheet metal forming was suggested based on radius basis function.Latin hypercube sampling method designed the rational experimental samples,the accurate response surface for sheet metal forming problem was built.Analyzing response value of objective function,the important influence factors for system stability were found,the range of optimal process parameter was selected.Applications have proved this method suitable for reliability design of sheet metal forming process.
