摘要
通过设计一个模拟试验得到一组与冲压试验中较一致的三元乙丙(EPDM)热防护材料背面温升曲线,该模拟试验中EPDM材料背面温度的测试状态与冲压试验中的一致,然后对模拟试验的物理模型进行了数值传热分析,该模拟结果与试验结果吻合的较好,说明传热模型的建立接近实际状况。根据该传热模型建立未安装传感器的自由物体的传热模型,模拟出自由物体背面温升曲线,由自由物体的背面温升曲线与模拟试验所测得的曲线相差得出在该测试状态下的误差值,由于模拟试验与冲压试验的测试状态相同,由传感器安装而造成的误差可以推广到冲压试验中,根据此误差值在一定程度上校正了冲压发动机EPDM防热材料的背面温升曲线。
A simulation experiment was designed.The curve of back-face temperature of EPDM obtained in the simulation experiment is consistent with one of that in SRR test.The state of measurement in the simulation experiment is the same as that in SRR test.The numerical heat transfer analysis of physical model of the simulation experiment was done.Through the comparison between the results of numerical analysis and simulation experiment,it is showed that the physical model is founded correctly.Based on this model,the physic model without temperature sensor was proposed,so the curve of back-face temperature of free body was got.The dynamic error was received by subtraction between the temperature of free body and that of simulation experiment.Because the states of simulation experiment and SRR test are same,the error got in the simulation experiment can be used in the temperature analysis of SRR test.The real back-face temperature of EPDM in SRR without temperature sensor was obtained.
