摘要 鉴于已有的电力系统仿真软件对仿真互联电网短期和中长期频率控制不能很好地满足要求,文中利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了针对研究互联电网频率控制与调节的动态仿真系统。该系统能够比已有的软件更全面地反映系统中影响频率调节的因素,更便捷地修改仿真条件和参数,更方便地显示仿真结果。利用该系统可更深入地开展互联电网控制性能评价与考核等相关问题的研究,可作为研究互联电网频率控制的有效工具。 Existing power system simulation software cannot meet the requirement of the simulation of medium and long-term frequency regulation of interconnected power grids. By use of MATLAB/Simulink, the authors built a dynamic simulation system for frequency control and regulation in interconnected power grids. The built simulation system can overall reflect the factors impacting frequency regulation; the simulation conditions and parameters can be modified conveniently and simulation results are easy to display. As an effective tool for the research on frequency control of interconnected power grid, using the built system the research on the problems related to estimation and examination of control performance of interconnected power grids can be carried out in depth.
