基于二元经济理论的中国刘易斯转折点分析

Analysis on Has Labor Transfer of China Arrived at Lewis Turning Point Based on Dual Economy Theory

劳动力从第一产业向第二产业转移是工业化进程中的必然现象,为了对具有独特国情的当今中国的这一进程给出正确判断,用改进的刘易斯模型对我国的劳动力转移进行分析。结果表明,我国目前这一进程尚未到达刘易斯转折点;为使这一转移过程更加科学、顺畅,提出从建立城乡统一市场、逐步放宽制度约束和提高农民人力资本三个方面促进劳动力转移进程,尽快到达刘易斯转折点的建议。

Labor from the primary industry to secondary industry is the inevitable process of industrialization,we need to analysis this process with the Lewis improved model for the unique conditions of the contemporary Chinese in the process give the right to judge. The results show that China has not arrived at Lewis turning point, we analyze labor transfer of China through modified Lewis model, draw the conclusion that labor transfer of China has not arrived at Lewis turning point, and put forward the suggestion that we promote the labor transfer process through 3 aspects of constructing the unified market between city and country, gradually broadening the system restriction and raising the peasant＇s human capital, thereby to arrive at the Lewis turning point as soon as possible.
