黑龙江垦区产业资源配置状况及发展对策分析

Industrial Resource’s Allocation Situation and Development Measures Analysis of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group

利用黑龙江垦区产业发展近十几年的统计数据,构建黑龙江垦区农业、工业和第三产业的柯布道格拉斯生产函数和索洛方程,测算黑龙江垦区技术进步率,考察资本、劳动、土地、技术等生产要素对于黑龙江垦区三产业总产值贡献的大小,结合黑龙江垦区产业发展的实际状况,分析黑龙江垦区产业发展中资源配置现状和存在问题,对黑龙江垦区今后的产业发展提出政策建议。

Based on history data of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group＇s industries＇ development, Heilongjiang Agriculture Group＇s agriculture, industry and the third industry＇s C-D production function and So low equation were set up in order to investigate the contribution of resources the cost, the labor, the land and the technology to Heilongjiang Agriculture Group industries＇GDP. Combined the result with the practice of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group＇s industries development, the current resources＇ allocation and existed problems of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group＇s industries development were analyzed. At last, the policy suggestions of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group＇s industrial development in future were given.
