基于复杂性科学的系统思维与中医整体思维辨析

Discrimination between systematic thinking based on complexity science and TCM holistic thinking

中医要现代化,仅做到应用现代科学技术发展中医是不够的,这不仅是医学科学层次问题,还是一个哲学层次问题。而这个问题的解决,应当首先从哲学范畴、从思维方式上寻找突破点。本文从思维方式角度出发,梳理系统思维及中医整体思维涵盖下的形象思维及灵感思维,并进一步阐述系统思维与中医整体思维的差异。认为以系统论为思维基本模式的系统思维,将整体论和还原论辩证统一,它不同于形象思维或灵感思维等本能思维形态。系统思维可以弥补中医整体思维的不足之处,能够解决中医的复杂性问题。这为变革中医思维方式,发展中医提供了契机。

It is not enough to apply modern science and technology in the development of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for the modernization of TCM. This is not only a medicine science problem, but also a philosophy problem. The breakthrough should be searched from philosophical category and mentality to solve the problem. Imaginal thinking and inspiration thinking were combed here included in systematic thinking and TCM holistic thinking. The difference between systematic thinking and TCM holistic thinking was expounded with systemic theory as its basic mode, which is the dialectical unity of reductionism and holism, and is different from instinctive thinking mode, such as imaginal thinking or inspiration thinking. Systematic thinking can replenish TCM holistic thinking and solve complexity questions, and offer the chance for the reform of TCM thinking mode and TCM development.
