温肾安胎饮联合辅助生殖技术提高胚胎移植失败患者妊娠率的临床研究

Increase of pregnancy rate by Wenshen'antai Decoction combined with assisted reproductive technology in patients with embryo transplant failure

目的观察自拟方温肾安胎饮对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)失败患者再移植妊娠率的影响。方法将70例接受体外受精-胚胎移植失败1次以上的患者随机分为联合中药治疗组(40例)和单纯西药对照组(30例),治疗组在体外受精-胚胎移植后常规用药的基础上同时配合自拟方温肾安胎饮,计算两组妊娠率,以及观察本方对多次移植失败患者再次移植妊娠率的影响。结果联合中药治疗组可以提高胚胎移植失败患者再次移植的妊娠率(P<0.05);而且在改变多次移植失败患者的妊娠率方面优于单纯西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论具有温肾养血活血作用的温肾安胎饮可以辅助胚胎着床,联合体外受精-胚胎移植可以提高胚胎移植失败患者的妊娠率,是治疗不孕症的有效方法。

Objective To observe the influence of Wenshen＇ antai Decoction on pregnancy rate after re-transplant in the patients with the failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplant （IVF-ET）. Method The patients （n = 70） with one more time of IVF-ET failure were randomly divided into the treatment group （n =40） and control group （n = 30）. The treatment group was treated with Wenshen＇antai Decoction on the basis of routine treatment after IVF-ET, and the control group was treated with Western medicine only. The pregnancy rates of two groups were calculated, and the influence of Wenshen＇antai Decoction was observed on the pregnancy rate after re-transplant in the patients with multiple transplants faitures. Result The pregnancy rate after re-transplant in the treatment group was increased in the patents with multiple transplant failures （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the outcomes of the treatment group was better than those of the control group in improving pregnancy rate. Conclusion Wenshen＇antai Decoction, with the effects of warming kidney, nourishing blood and activating blood circulation, can help the embryo implantation after combining with IVF-ET technology, and it is an effective method for treating sterility.
