造船业应认定为高新技术产业

Shipbuilding Should be Recognised as High-tech Industry

前不久出台的船舶调整振兴规划指出:"提高自主创新能力是船舶工业转变发展方式的根本途径。"今年"两会"期间,全国政协委员、江南造船(集团)有限责任公司总工程师胡可一在接受本刊记者采访时呼吁,希望国家有关部门把现代造船业直接列入"国家重点支持的高新技术领域。"

The shipbuilding revitalization programme released not long ago pointed out, enhancing independent innovation capability is the fundamental way for shipbuilding industry to transform development mode. During the NPC and CPPCC sessions this year, Hu Keyi, general engineer of Jiangnan shipyard (Group) Co.,Ltd. and the member to CPPCC was interviewed by our reporter and appealed that the shipbuilding industry should be listed under the high-tech industries enjoying key support from the country.
