船市兴旺时期,中国造船业一直被"船等机"难题所困扰,甚至一度陷入了"一机难求"的境地。虽然目前因船市低迷使得短缺矛盾有所缓解,但深层次的问题,依然没有解决。今年"两会"期间,全国政协委员、中船重工集团第711研究所所长金东寒在接受本刊记者专访时描绘了一幅解围路线图。

Chinese shipbuilding industry has always been puzzled by the situation of 'shipbuilding waiting for marine engine' when the shipbuilding market is in its prosperous time, sometimes even getting into the corner of 'diffi cult to get one engine'. Though the present downturn of shipbuilding market helped relieve the situation, the deep rooted problems have not yet been resolved. During the NPC and CPPCC sessions, Jin Donghan, member to CPPCC and director of CSIC-711 research institute was interviewed by our reporter and described his opinions.
