摘要
近年来,造船人才短缺曾让造船界头疼不已。随着世界航运形势急转直下,造船市场也随之进入寒冬。在这种背景下,造船人才短缺,暂时有所缓解。但中国造船人才深层次的矛盾,仍未得到根本性扭转。今年"两会"期间,全国政协委员、上海交通大学校务委员会副主任张圣坤呼吁,中国要想做造船强国,当务之急是利用船舶工业调整期,做好人才的培养和储备工作。
Shortage of shipbuilding talents has been an incurable headache for shipbuilding industry in recent years. As global market and business of shipping and shipbuilding is getting slack, this situation starts to ameliorate for the time being, but has not about-faced yet. During 2009 NPC and CPPCC sessions, Zhang Shengkun, CPPCC member and Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, made an appeal to expand talent pool and improve talent training in the adjusting period of shipping and shipbuilding industries.
