和平年代,军工企业向民品领域扩展乃大势所趋。然而,习惯了政府支持的军工企业,如何成功实现"军民结合、以军促民,以民保军"?全国人大代表、中船重工集团第707研究所高级工程师张丽萍认为,军工行业有很多优势技术可以向民品进行转移。
In the time of peace, it is the general trend that military industrial enterprises will extend to production for civilian use. However, for military industrial enterprises accustomed to government support, how can they successfully realize the transformation? Zhang Liping, senior engineer of CSIC - 707 research institute and member to NPC, thinks that military industrial enterprises have many advantageous technologies which can be transferred to production for civilian purpose.
