土地政策在宏观政策中的作用效果分析

The Effects of Land Supply Scheme on Macro Control Policies

在对我国土地政策研究中,注重土地政策本身的实施过程和困难,而对土地政策与宏观经济之间关系的研究较少。本文在IS-LM模型的基础上引入土地要素,建立了ILS-LM曲线来分析土地政策对经济总量带来的影响,提出了土地政策乘数的概念,并研究了土地政策与财政政策、货币政策之间的关系,对我国目前的土地政策取向提出了建议。

In China, much literature has focused on the process and problems of the land supply policies while paying little attention on the macroeconomic influences of the policies. In this paper, we establish an ILS-LM model based on the IS-LM model to analyze the influence of land policies on the economy, bring forward the concept of Land Policy Multiplier, analyze the relationship of land policies with fiscal policies and monetary policies, and then give some suggestions on the current land policy.
