摘要
船舶燃油系统包括油柜、油泵、蒸汽加热器、水箱、分油机等。为提高学员熟练掌握分油机操作流程及故障诊断和排除能力,建立了分油机的仿真模型。该模型使用C#高级语言编程,实现了友好直观的仿真系统操作界面。通过实物PLC(programmable logic controller)控制器对仿真分油机进行自动控制,并以通信方式实现互连。仿真系统运行结果表明,设计方案准确,模型精度满足仿真要求。该系统的实现降低了航海类院校操作培训成本。
Marine fuel oil system includes fuel oil tanks,oil pumps,steam heat exchangers,water tanks and purifier etc.In order to help students to be well acquainted with the technological process of purifier operation and raise their trouble diagnose and troubleshoot abilities,a mathematic dynamic models of purifier is constructed,in which the C# advanced programming language is used,a friendly and visible operational interface of simulation system is realized.The auto control of simulated purifier is carried out with a real PLC controller and they are connected in communication mode.Results of running the simulation system indicate that its design scheme is correct and its model precision satisfies simulation requirements.Realization of the marine purifier simulation system reduces training cost for marine academies.
