摘要
海事的发生是由一系列原因导致的,通过对事故各原因与结果之间的关联性进行分析,找出其发生规律,这将直接影响到海事安全管理的效率。将数据挖掘中关联规则技术应用到海事安全风险因素分析中,搜寻事故诱因与结果的频繁项集和规则表达式来发现事故原因的潜在规律,为港口水域海事安全管理工作提供科学依据。经初步分析得出船员因素与事故的发生影响最大,且与碰撞事故的关联性最大。
Maritime accidents are generally caused by a series of reasons.To analyze the relevance between causes and results about an accident and to find out their regular patterns will directly influence the efficiency of maritime safety management.The association rule learning in data mining is applied for risk factor analysis of maritime safety to search for the frequent item sets and rule expressions of causes and results for accidents so as to find out the latent rule of accident causes,which will provide a scientific basis for the maritime safety management in harbor area.It is indicated by a preliminary analysis that the elements from seafarers have the biggest influence on accidents and relevance with ship collision.
