摘要
介绍了三维激光扫描技术、三维激光扫描系统分类以及系统的工作流程,并针对当前工作中的技术难点——提高数据采集性能,进行了深入的研究和实践。从系统标定、光刀中心提取、三维定位3个方面进行了探讨,提出了一种改进的激光线中心提取算法,并利用双CCD像机的二维坐标进行图像融合,提高了数据采集的性能。实验结果表明了该算法的可行性以及对系统改进的有效性,能够满足实际应用的需要。
The 3-D laser scanning technique, the classification and the processing of laser scanning system are introduced. A discussion of improvement for data gathering, the current difficult point in the work, is given through system calibration, laser-knife extraction, 3-D position. An improved laser-knife extraction algorithm is taken to make the data gathering's work better while meantime the double CCDs'two-dimensinal coordinates are used on image fusion. It is proven that the algorithm is working and the improvement is useful for practical application.
