摘要
针对武器装备试验测试设备采用单总线测试平台软硬件结构复杂、难以提高性能的问题,提出了基于网络技术的混合总线测试系统设计方法;详细介绍了PXI总线测试节点和非电量测量节点硬件组成,简要介绍了系统软件结构与功能,测试节点仪器功能与应用软件按模块形式编写,根据被测参数种类和监测点数量确定系统规模,通过配置仪器驱动程序并调用仪器功能与应用软件模块构成自动测试系统(ATS);采用混合总线结构不需重新设计整个系统,整合了单台测试设备功能,提升了对新型号武器装备的适应能力。
Adopting single--bus test platform in weaponry test--device, the structure of the software and hardware are complex, and the performance is hardly to be improved. So, a design of mixed-- bus test system based on network is proposed. It describes the hardware composition of test node based on PXI bus and non--electrical quantity measurement node in detail. Also it briefly descries the structure and the function of system software, and the function of the test node apparatus. Automatic test system (ATS) is composed by calling relevant instrument function modules that are installed already driver and application software ones, which according to the types of tested parameter and the quantity of the monitor node to determine the scale of the system. The mix-- bus test system fits more function which belongs to the single test devices, and improves new weaponry's adaptability without redesigning the whole system.
