摘要
生物发酵是一个多控制参数、非线性、强耦合的复杂控制系统;深入分析生物发酵过程,构建了基于蓝牙无线通讯技术的数据采集通讯网络系统,并采用C++编程技术开发上位机监控界面,实现了控制系统各设备间的无线通信,解决了传统生物发酵控制系统中设备间搭建诸多电缆的复杂现场连线的问题,为生物发酵工业现场的数据采集与控制提供了一套可行的蓝牙多机通讯方案;实验表明,系统稳定可靠,各项参数满足控制要求,实现了对发酵过程的远程实时监控。
The biology fermentation process with controlled multi--variable and non--linearity is a strong--coupling complex control system. Regarding to the analysis of the biology fermentation process, the communication network of the data gathering based on the blue --tooth wireless communication technology is built in this paper. The hardware circuit of the system based on blue--tooth module realizes the wireless communication between the equipments, and designs a monitoring interface for the upper machine by C++. The presented system effectively overcomes the shortcoming of the complex connection of cable conductor in the biology fermentation process, and establishes a set of feasible multi--computer communication solution for acquisiting and controlling data in industrial locale. The experiments show that system is stable and reliable, the parameters meet requirements of the fermentation process to achieve the real--time monitoring.
