摘要
针对传统的皮革鞣制过程及落后的转鼓供水方法,提出一种专家控制方法用于皮革转鼓供水系统的混合水温度控制,并根据皮革转鼓调温供水系统的特点及专家的专门知识和经验,针对皮革转鼓供水调温过程,建立了专家控制模型;文章设计并研制出以STC系列单片机为核心的皮革转鼓供水调温控制器,并采用Keil c51编写控制软件,实现了供水调温系统的专家控制;现场应用表明,该方法对各种温度工况的波动具有较强的适应能力,能减少调温时间,较快地跟踪所设定的混合水温度,大大提高生产效率;该系统已投入运行,有效改善了皮革鞣制的质量,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
For improving the traditional tanning, an expert control method was presented to control the mixed water temperature of the leather drum water supply system. According to the characteristics of the system and the expert's specialized knowledge and experience, an expert control model was build for the process of the leather drum water supplying and temperature adjusting, we designed a controller based on STC, and developed the application software with Keil c51. The results of field test show that the method can decrease the time of temperature adjusting, track the mixed water temperature of setting quickly, and significantly improve producing efficiency. This system has already gone into operation, and brings the remarkable economic performance and social performance.
