射频等离子消融髓核成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰腿痛

摘要 目的:探讨射频等离子消融髓核成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰腿痛的手术技巧,安全性和临床疗效。方法:应用射频等离子消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症34例,42个椎间隙,并对其疗效进行观察分析。结果:所有病例的穿刺及消融过程均顺利完成,随访2~12个月,术后优良率91.2%,有效率97.1%。结论:射频等离子消融髓核成形术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、简便、有效的微创技术。
