上半圈纵缝法在耻骨上前列腺摘除术中的应用

目的:探讨窝缘口上半圈纵缝法在耻骨上前列腺摘除术中的应用效果。方法:83例耻骨上前列腺摘除术中采用5、7点动脉缝扎,窝缘口上半圈纵行缝合,导尿管气囊压迫腺窝与膀胱腔隔离。结果:手术时间平均57分钟,出血量平均120ml,术后冲洗液转清时间平均3小时。结论:本手术方法操作简单,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后并发症少,是耻骨上前列腺摘除术较为理想的窝缘口缝合方法。

AIM：To observe the using effect about the method of suture on the top of half a circle in suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy. METHODS： in the 83 case, to ligate the artery in location of 5 and 7 oclock, and suture the half top of prostate cote at ordinate, and use the ballonet of catheter to press on the prostate cote and separate it from the bladder. RESULTS： The average time of operation was 57 minutes, bleeding volume was 120 ml, and the average time that the flushing become to clear was 3 hours. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, and the time of operation is shorter, and the bleeding volume is a little, and have no few syndrome. It is the appropriate method to suture the prostate cote in suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy.
