心理干预对脑卒中患者心理抑郁的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对脑卒中患者心理抑郁及神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取脑卒中患者56例随机分为干预组28例和对照组28例,干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予心理干预,对照组仅采用常规治疗。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和神经功能缺损量表评分方法,分别于住院后1、2周和治疗后2周、1个月、3个月各评定1次。结果:干预组各次抑郁评分均较对照组有明显改善,两组比较有显著性差异;神经功能缺损治疗后2周无明显改善,但1、3个月后评分较治疗前和治疗后2周有明显改善,两组比较有显著性差异。结论:心理干预能明显缓解脑卒中患者的抑郁症状,改善生活能力。

Objective： To investigate mental intervention affects depression and neuro - functional restoration in stroke patients. Methods： 56 patients with stroke were randomized into inten,ention（ n = 28） and control groups （ n = 28 ）. Based oil usual care, patients were gived mental nursing in intervention growp. In control grnups, patients only cared usually. We used tiamihon depression scale and neurologic impairment scale to give a mark, then evaluated respectively scores on 1 and 2 week in hospital and on 2 week,l and 3month after treatment. Result ： In intervention group,each of the scores was improved significantly compared to prethera- py. They reach statistical difference. Compared with pretherapy, the scores of Neurologic impairment were not ameliorated on 2 week after treatment. But they were improved significantly on 1 and 3 month after treatment. They reach statistical difference. Conclusion： Mental intervention could obviously relieve depression symptom in stroke patients and improve their viability.
